Last minute entry for:

's "Girls Only" contest.

This picture gave me a ton of unwanted trouble! >:C I wanted to make it really quickly, but when I started coloring it, it kept turning out AWFUL. So I gave up after spending way too many hours on it.
Then I decided I should try ONE more time half an hour ago, and it finally turned out okay.

I didn't enter to win, of course. I mainly just wanted to enter something that wasn't from the Legend of Zelda. Probably 40% of the entries are Zelda characters.

Samus used to be my favorite Nintendo character until they put her in that *@$#&ing Zero Suit and turned her into a character from Metal Gear.
But I'll always have Super Metroid, Fusion and the Prime series.

Way back when Samus was inspired by Ripley from Alien instead of... Lambert from Alien.

This makes me so happy! This is great<3 Samus is pretty amazing and it's nice to know someone else out there likes her best prior to Zero Suit and Other M version. The games you mentioned are the same games I really love of her series. To top it all off she's drawn by you so I guess you can say I'm smiling super big. Haha.

I hate the zero suit too >< they turned a soldier into a barbie...
oh well!

this one looks amazing

the pose looks powerfull and the purple makes the orange on her suit and on the sky stand out beautifully

I tried playing Metroid Prime but the cammera made me dizzy x_____x
and I'm stuck xD but there is so much eye-candy! the worlds look so natural, and the ruins and... everything! now I understand why you like Metroid so much

Nicely done; I like the texture of the background, and the rich colors. I'm also pretty fond of the sheen on the visor. And the exaggerated features and proportions just make me smile for some reason.

As for the Zero Suit? Personally, I don't have a problem with the Zero Suit itself, just with one or two of the games that use it. I'll leave it at that.

..hey I entered too and only one of my pieces had Zelda but it also had other girls
