One last U-Mos (Nintendo's Metroid Prime 2: Echoes) for the ol' gallery.

All done in pencil, obviously.

What... a waste of lead.

Man the Luminoth were the coolest race in Metroid games! You really did them justice :)

Neat, the best Luminoth drawing I've seen I believe. Those guys were cool. Of course, the drawing - and especially the lighting- is really neat!

Many pencils lost their lives to bring us this. Though we may cherish this wonderful piece now, rich with superb glowing effects, we shall always look back and remember those who have fallen.

No, seriously, filling in that background would have driven me insane.

Yeah. I was loathe to even start filling in the background. >.>
But, I thought the pencil lines would make a nice swirly effect. Hehe.
I admit... I do kinda like that background.

Wonderful job as always. If you have time, painting this up in Photoshop or something would be beautiful~<3

Heehee. Thank you.

I don't really like to put color over something I already gave shadows with pencil, though.

Yeah, I prefer rough sketches with pencil shadings, because I like the texture of it all.

Sometimes I like to scan it into photoshop and just paint it over the top with different layers :3

I love the contrast work. It's gorgeous. Eraser abuse on the glow?

Not too much eraser here. I just left all the parts I wanted to "glow" white, and I didn't complete the lines in some places to make it all shiny. Heehee.

Now you should do the same picture, but using black paper with white charcoal or conte crayon.
