For the contest at: :iconmozenrath:

The challenge of the contest was to draw Mozenrath and Sadira from the old Aladdin TV show together. :D

Anyone who knows me knows that 99.9% of the time, I don't like fan pairings.
Mozenrath and Sadira, however, is one of two fan pairings I can actually go for. Mostly because neither of the two canonically got together with another character, so I don't feel bad about drawing them romantic.

So, for my entry I decided to do a parody of the Whole New World sequence from Aladdin. I'm not sure where Mozy got the evil carpet... perhaps wherever he got his gauntlet from? :XD:


Too bad the show never got more into Mozenrath's background... I guess he was meant to be Aladdin's long lost brother - resemblance is obvious... but they never got around to it. And now we'll never know!

I admit that I'm not a big fan of the Aladdin TV series.
But damn...I have to comment this fanart because it's so beautiful in many ways: the setting, the couple, the colouring, the shadings...just everything. Excellent job! :wow:
